Bruce Ennis is a Quality Management Professional with thirty years experience in the field of Quality, Process Improvement and Lean. Bruce’s ability to deliver results was recognized in 2003 when the board of KKR, the $50 Billion parent to Safeway, Toys “R” Us, Duracell, Sealy, Nabisco and Shoppers Drug Mart asked him to travel to New York City to present his views on how to drive project success.
In 2009, Bruce’s whitepaper “Driving Higher Workplace Performance” was published by the American Society for Quality – the largest quality organization in the world. In 2013, the ASQ asked Bruce to speak at their Global Lean Summit in Phoenix Arizona to share his philosophy of how to create and sustain Lean success.
Bruce served as the Quality Leader for a $2 Billion per year Distribution business headquartered in the United States. His Lean program realized hard dollar savings in excess of twelve million dollars ($12M USD) in the first year.
In 2015, Bruce travelled to Japan to deepen his understanding of Lean. Bruce studied the best practices of companies that are renowned for lean excellence such as Toyota, Mitsubishi and others.
Bruce is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Senior Member of the American Society for Quality. He has created Lean programs that have dramatically improved the speed, quality and profitability of numerous businesses from a wide variety of sectors – aeronautics, manufacturing, petroleum, administration …. and even professional sports management.
