Previously, she held leadership roles including General Manager at AGF C&T Rebar Inc. and VP of Construction Services at Warwick Structures Group, where she drove operational efficiencies, financial management, and business development. Jennifer holds a Political Science degree from the University of Calgary and has a proven track record of optimizing business performance across multiple industries.
Tom McDonnell – Chief of Staff, Discovery Solutions
Tom McDonnell is an experienced leader with a strong background in business operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. As Chief of Staff at Discovery Solutions International, he drives organizational alignment, streamlines workflows, and supports executive decision-making to advance the company’s mission of delivering tailored ERP solutions for manufacturing, distribution, industrial service, oilfield service, and equipment rental businesses. Previously, he held roles in business development, developing new markets and building strategic partnerships. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University and remains committed to continuous learning and innovation.
